Services may include grocery shopping, store pickups, pharmacy pickups, supply runs, document delivery, and similar everyday errands.

2. Non-Medical & No Passenger Transportation

HeyNaybr does not provide medical care, personal care, home health services, or clinical services. HeyNaybr also does not provide passenger transportation. Services are limited strictly to errand completion and item pickup or delivery.

3. Service Area

HeyNaybr primarily serves Brick Township and Toms River, New Jersey. Requests in nearby areas may be accepted depending on distance, schedule availability, and logistics. Additional travel fees may apply for errands outside the primary service area.

4. Scheduling & Availability

All services are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation. HeyNaybr reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside the scope of services, service area, safety guidelines, or business capacity.

5. Payment Terms

Service pricing is confirmed before errands begin. Payment may be required prior to service or immediately upon completion depending on the nature of the request. Monthly service plans are billed in advance and do not roll over. Additional fees may apply for extended time, additional stops, or distance beyond standard travel ranges.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an errand. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service charge to cover reserved time.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate addresses, clear instructions, and lawful requests. HeyNaybr reserves the right to refuse tasks that are illegal, unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of normal errand services.

8. Limitation of Liability

HeyNaybr is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, store closures, inventory shortages, third-party service providers, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.

9. Website Use

All website content, branding, and materials associated with HeyNaybr are the property of HeyNaybr and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

This policy applies to all HeyNaybr services. It outlines scheduling expectations, cancellation procedures, service changes, and refund terms for errands and delivery requests.

1. Scheduling & Dispatch

All services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed prior to dispatch. Once HeyNaybr has departed to begin a scheduled errand or service request, the service is considered in progress.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations made before dispatch will not be billed.
  • Cancellations made after dispatch may be billed in full.
  • Cancellations after arrival at the pickup location may be considered completed services and billed accordingly.

3. No-Shows & Access Issues

If a client is unavailable at the scheduled time, fails to provide required access, or provides incomplete instructions preventing the errand from being completed, the service may be considered fulfilled and billed accordingly.

4. Monthly Plans

Monthly service plans are billed in advance. Unused errands do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Plan cancellations require advance notice and typically take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Completed services are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for:

  • Unused errands within a monthly plan
  • Late cancellations
  • No-shows or access issues
  • Store inventory shortages or pharmacy delays
  • Third-party service provider issues
  • Events outside of HeyNaybr’s reasonable control

Billing adjustments, if any, are issued solely at HeyNaybr’s discretion.

6. HeyNaybr-Initiated Cancellations

If HeyNaybr must cancel a scheduled service due to safety concerns, severe weather, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will not be charged and may be offered rescheduling when possible.

7. Policy Updates

HeyNaybr reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not affect services already completed.
